The Beta apartment
Beta is the second unit on the ground floor of the villa. The flat is accessible from a separate entrance at the front of the building on its right-hand side. Consisting of a living area with a kitchenette and sofa, a sleeping area with a queen-size double bed, and a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub and shower, the unit has a surface area of approximately 40 m2 and is therefore suitable for a maximum of two adults.
In addition to comforts such as digital terrestrial and satellite TV, broadband Wi-Fi and a dishwasher, Beta also offers direct access to the green area to the east of the Casale, from which one can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno and the village of Passignano sul Trasimeno, known as the 'Pearl of Trasimeno', as well as the exclusive use of a portion of the garden surrounded by rose bushes and equipped with all the furniture necessary to enjoy this spectacle.
